We are always happy to perform alongside family members or friends for a special moment during your ceremony. All we require is that they provide us with the sheet music (or a youtube clip and we can arrange it for a small fee), and a rehearsal prior to the ceremony so we can make sure everything goes flawlessly for your perfect day!
Will you accompany a friend/family member during a special song?
Will you play for events other than weddings?
Of course! White Pines Entertainment is available for corporate events, birthdays, fundraisers, holiday parties, receptions, christenings, memorials, bridal showers and many more!
What if my event is outdoors?
Outdoor weddings and events are gorgeous and romantic and we love being a part of the setting! We are more than happy to play outside and set the mood. As many of our instruments are extremely valuable and are susceptible to damage when exposed to certain climatic variations (such as rain, direct sunlight, and temperatures below 60 degrees Fahrenheit) we ask that if your event is outdoors, we are given at least two weeks notice and our performers are provided with some form of shelter from potential rain or sunlight. In the event that the weather does not cooperate, it is always best to plan an alternative sheltered location!
Can I choose my own music? What if I have a certain song in mind?
Absolutely! White Pines Entertainment has hundreds of popular and classical songs in our repertoire and if you have something special in mind, please let us know! Our music library is extensive and we are able to accommodate almost any song request. If for some reason we do not have a piece of music on hand, we have a fantastic arranger on staff who can compose an arrangement for a small fee just for your day. Choosing your own music is a wonderful way to help your ceremony reflect your unique taste and view and we are always happy to help you make the perfect choice!
Will you travel to my event if it is out of town?
White Pines Entertainment is more than happy to travel. There is a small additional mileage fee involved for events outside of a 20 mile radius from Ann Arbor, MI.
