It’s been an unseasonably warm week in Michigan, so I thought it was a great time to reflect back on one of the wonderful August weddings we performed for this past fall!
Karin and Anne Marie were supposed to get married at Cobblestone Farm for a large ceremony and reception! Due to Covid, they found their plans changing, and switched over to a tiny, socially distant and masked wedding in their Ypsilanti, Michigan backyard with close friends and family. It was no less special, and we are so happy that our string trio could be a part of their perfect day!

They chose classical music for their prelude, then they both arrived to Pachelbel’s Canon! After exchanging tear-filled vows, we played Sara Bareilles “I Choose You” for their final kiss. Even in the misting rain, the afternoon was beautiful and filled with so much love.
