One of our absolute favorite venues to work at is Zingerman’s Cornman Farms in Dexter, Michigan. The 42 acres of land contain a working farm, and just gorgeous grounds and scenery to host the most perfect rustic wedding imaginable! (Oh, and there are goats. What wedding isn’t complete without goats??)

Maria and Patrick tied the knot on July 27th at the farms and we were so privileged to be a part of their ceremony and cocktail hour. Our string quartet played popular and classical selections for the service including: Adele ‘Make You Feel My Love’, Elvis ‘I Can’t Help Falling In Love With You’, Wagner ‘Bridal Chorus’ (Here Comes the Bride!) and the Mendelssohn ‘Wedding March’. They were married in front of the incredible 1834 Greek Revival Farm house that has been renovated to sheer perfection.
The weather was definitely spotty, and there were a few moments when the quartet thought it might get rained out! However, the rain did hold completely and Maria and Patrick ended up having a beautifully clear day for a perfect outdoor event!
One of the best parts about weddings at Cornman Farms is working with the exceptional staff there. Not only do they put together fantastic events, the vendors that work at Zingermans are just exceptional. Zingermans has very carefully curated a list of preferred vendors who work frequently at their grounds and we are so excited to be a part of the 2018 Preferred Vendor list.
